Suggesting that their name was “stolen” implies that Deb Stoller would have known about the existence of that group… did they? (Ignoring the question of whether the group had any status to sue anybody, and whether they actually had a grievance redressable in the courts.)
The problem I see with all of this is that 8 or 9 years ago while I was working at my mom’s bed and breakfast in PA we had a group come several times and the name of their group was Stitchers and Bitchers. I think Ms. Stoller stole their name and they should sue her.
