		<description>Well, there are various stages in the schedule, so this could mean: (1) progress! they actually took discovery, and are into the next stage; (2) no progress! but they didn&#039;t request an extension of time for the discovery period before it closed, for some reason. If (2), they could still retroactively request an extension of time (it may be a little more difficult to get, but still quite possible).

I suppose this means we need to keep watching the skies...</description>

Limits: no fixed limit, not as long as the board keeps approving those extensions. So far, this is only a delay of two years, which isn&#039;t crazy long.</description>
