		<description>Kimchi!!! That&#039;s a good comparison.  And it really surprises you doesn&#039;t it?  I&#039;m a little iffy on the ecru too.  It&#039;s a bit...grey.  Not crisp enough.  I&#039;m still mulling it over.  The smell&#039;s gone though.</description>
