G'day knitsibs:
I just had such a lovely morning, knitting in the park.
I've been waiting for spring to happen for so long after
such a depressing winter.  A mum and her two-year-old
daughter came up to me and asked me what I was doing, so
even better than just kipping, I had the chance to
expose a new generation to our craft!

WIP: a new cardigan (my park knitting) using an old,
favourite pattern, from CE (so easy-fitting and
comfortable) because I wore out my old one!  I'm going
to ad lib some intarsia flowers on the patch pockets and
here and there- I've got a pattern for some lovely
violets and irises that will look so nice on the
periwinkle background (I'm using cotton fleece from
Brown Sheep, that I got at the Yarn Attic, my favourite
shop of all time! (no affiliation, your mileage may vary,
and all that))

"KIP" stands for "Knitting In Public".  By the way, I don't

your email...just a friendly little tip...

BTW, before the issue gets too far, I just want to remind
people that it's copyright infringement to give away copies
of patterns if you don't have permission.  We don't want
to be knitting red-handed, huh <G>.

"Kipping" is knitting in public.  And, I don't know where
the pattern is from. It's been in my collection forever.
I'll see if I can figure it out.

Well, someone has to remind others about the rules.
I mean, look at you.  How big a signature is that?  Is that
supposed to be a cougar or something?  And you know the rules
prohibit advertising, which is pretty much all you do on this list.

Listen, you ignorant cow, it's FOOT AND MOUTH.  And humans
can't get it. And it's COPYRIGHT, not copywrite.  And I've
been to your store. The last time I was there, I couldn't
get any service and I got rug burn handling all the cheap
acrylics you stock.  I don't think any of your yarn has even
seen a sheep, so I'm surprised you could even spell "rambouillet".
